Thanks again to Jerry Dugan with Beyond The Rut who joined us last week to give an overview of the T.E.N.T. leadership framework and the skills that will boost engagement, a sense of ownership, and employee retention. We also had the pleasure of presenting new member Maria Morales with her Red Badge.

Yep, it happens. We had to cancel last Saturday's Adopt-a-Street project, but don't worry. We'll regroup and set another date soon. We look forward to getting a great group together to continue this worthwhile community project.
